Ledo: I see myself as being comparable to a bigger Jamal Crawford. I definitely look at his game a lot. I paid attention to the older stuff with Penny Hardaway. I look at a lot of different people's games and try to develop it into my own.
Q: It’s been well-discussed that you had to sit out during your time at Providence due to academic issues. How difficult was that experience?
Ledo: It was tough. Growing up, it was my dream to play in college and play in front of my family. Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to do that. It was tough, but I learned a lot. I was still working a lot. When the team would leave for trips, I would still go to the gym and work. Honestly, the practices were like games to me.
Q: Do you feel like you have a chance to make it in the rotation as a shooting guard?
Ledo: I feel like, with a lot of hard work and playing the game the way I play, I can see myself getting into the rotation by just playing hard and showing what I can do.
Q: What is your main objective in the Summer League?
Ledo: I’m just trying to have a good year and show everyone in the Mavs organization that they didn't make a mistake in picking me.
Q: For someone seeing your game for the first time, what are they going to see when they see you out on the floor?
Ledo: I think they're going to see a playmaker and someone who wants to help the team win. I'm a competitor. I don't like to lose and I want to win. Hopefully they see a great player.
